Jay-Z Takes Baby Blue Ivy on a Helicopter Ride to New York City [PHOTOS]
Not many babies get the chance to ride on helicopters before they can barely even walk … but then again, most babies don’t call Beyonce and Jay-Z “mommy and daddy.”
Baby Blue and her father Jay-Z were spotted spending some quality daddy-daughter time when they arrived together n New York City via helicopter Thursday (Aug 30).
The photos show little Blue — rocking an all-white onesie and protective headphones — snuggling comfortably on her daddy’s chest.
This marks the first time Jay-Z has been caught on camera (alone, without wife Beyonce) in the public carrying his newborn daughter, and just like mama Bey, he made sure to keep Baby Blue’s face hidden from the camera.

Meanwhile, Jay-Z is gearing up for his “Made in America” music festival in Philadelphia this Labor Day weekend (Sep 1-2). In addition to Jay-Z, the line-up for the festival includes Drake, Maybach Music Group, Pearl Jam, Odd Future and others, plus a rumored performance from Beyonce.
“Beyonce will hit the stage in a surprise performance at her hubby’s festival next weekend in [Pennsylvania],” an insider told the Huffington Post. “The performance is top secret but it will be filmed for Jay’s documentary about the event. It’s going to be epic.”
