REPOSSESSED AND NEW-BUILT REAL ESTATE IN UK AND SPAIN
I am specialising on UK commercial and residential investment opportunities. There is currently significant polarisation between prime and secondary yields in the UK, which created opportunities for future value appreciation on the secondary market. These also include retail warehouses let to A-rated tenants on 10-15 year leases outside of London that are selling at circa 7% yields, for instance.
I am also selling the repossessed residential real estate all around Spain and Balearic Islands on behalf of Caixa bank. All assets are owned by the bank, and circa 50% mortgages are available to qualifying customers.
The portfolio of individual assets include flats, residential apartment blocks, luxury villas, sky chalets and few office buildings in Barcelona.
The prices start on average at 123,000 EURO and go up to several millions for a luxury villa.
Real Estate Exchange is also selling new holiday homes in Spain (Mallorca, Marbella, Costa Blanca) developed by Taylor Wimpey.
