System status (Tyler Austin, Tampa pen, David Adams)

Arriving in the 2012 season, Tyler Austin was just a name that he knew most diehard followers of Yankee perspective. As a Charleston RiverDog, went to decimate South Atlantic League pitching to the tune of an OPS 1,002 for 70 games before getting the call to the Tampa Yankees of the Florida State League. One would think that there would be an adjustment period until Austin got acclimated to the new level. Not so much. If there was no struggle, was tiny because from this day, has put up an OPS of 861 to go along with a percentage based on 395 in 31 matches method. The only potential concern with his game was its ability to successfully transition to right field. There were no problems at all. His meteoric rise, not just Yankee prospects list, but nationally, saw Austin jump on midseason Top 50 prospect list of Baseball America. He clocked in at # 39. With its combination of power hitting, power, speed on basic skills and amazing, is looking more and more like the future right Fielder newspaper the New York Yankees. Without an impact player, currently holding the position, seems even more likely.
