Ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond of Usher loses custody battle

The long, drawn out custody war between Usher Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond is now over, with Usher full award primary custody of their two sons Usher V and Naviyd.

This means that Usher is now legally able to take all decisions concerning children, including when and where he can see Tameka.

Usher originally filed suit against Tameka, seeking custody of kids, on claims that Foster was "incapable of being a good parent" to them.

Request counter Tameka was Usher is going on a world tour next year that would have been too busy traveling to take children's car, which most likely will put nannies.

According to TMZ, Tameka felt that the singer of R&B was an absent father who was too absorbed in his career to be a good father, and also accused him of using drugs in front of children.

The argument from Usher's lawyers was that Tameka "does not have ability to bond with them or the emotional stability, and therefore she is disabled," even if they failed to provide any solid proof — other than that of the recent loss of his son in 11 years — as proof.

When all was said and done, the judge sided with Usher and primary custody of the boys was, while Tameka will remain "some" rights of custodial Secretaries, but inasmuch as you will be able to see her children is clear at the moment.
